As a Full-Stack Engineer, you contribute to both backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular) development in Permits, a SaaS platform that digitalizes environmental and construction permitting processes. You design and deliver scalable features across both backend and frontend, in close collaboration with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

About Permits 

Permits is Sogelink’s SaaS platform that digitalizes and automates environmental and construction permitting processes. Built on scalable, API-driven architecture, it helps authorities manage applications, compliance checks, and complex regulatory workflows more efficiently — creating meaningful technical challenges for engineers building robust, high-performance solutions. 

What you will do 

• Design, build and maintain full-stack features using Java, Spring Boot and Angular within a modern SaaS environment.

• Translate user and business needs into clear, scalable UI solutions. 

• Apply development best practices, testing, and code quality standards. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and architects. 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, 2-week sprints, program increments). 

• Contribute to Level 3 support and ongoing maintenance activities. 

• Document features and share knowledge within the team. 

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience (5+ ideal) in software development, with strong exposure to Angular and Java, Spring Boot ecosystem.

• Comfortable working in modern engineering environments (Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native practices).

• Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant architectures is a plus.

• Knowledge of Angular Signals, PrimeNG, DMN, ML Ops, AI Engineering, or similar technologies is a plus.

• Autonomous, proactive, and structured in your way of working.

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Interested in growing toward a Tech Lead role over time.

• Fluent in English.
