Senior Full-Stack & Team Lead - GO Wibon

As Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Team Lead, you take ownership of GO Wibon’s SaaS systems, ensuring operational reliability, leading a small engineering team, and resolving complex Level 3 support issues for key customers.

About GO Wibon 
GO Wibon is Sogelink’s SaaS platform that automates underground network data management and compliance with Dutch WIBON regulations. It combines real-time data validation, secure processing, and intuitive visualization, helping teams reduce risks, improve data quality, and focus on building reliable, innovative solutions.

What you will do 

  • Lead and mentor a small development team, supporting technical growth and collaboration. 

  • Oversee full-stack maintenance, lifecycle management, and Level 3 support for critical systems. 

  • Develop and improve applications using JAVA, Spring Boot, Angular, Git (CI/CD), Docker & Kubernetes. 

  • Ensure high-quality code, reliable CI/CD pipelines, and best practices in SaaS operations. 

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement enhancements and resolve complex issues. 

  • Foster continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and a culture of excellence within the team. 

Who you are 

  • Expert in JAVA, Spring Boot, Angular, Git (CI/CD), Docker & Kubernetes in multi-tenant SaaS environments. 

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and line management skills. 

  • Adaptable, resilient, and quality-driven with excellent communication. 

  • Experience with ML Ops, AI Engineering, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
