Jira Solution Engineer
Lead the transformation of our Jira environment and enable organization-wide efficiency.

As a Jira Solution Engineer, you will take full ownership of our Jira platform, consolidating French and Dutch tenants into a unified model.
You will act as a strategic partner, guiding, advising, and shaping processes to standardize operations and improve efficiency. This is a solo, high-impact role, working closely with the Process Standardization Team, Engineering, and Customer Care teams.
Your work will directly translate tool complexity into measurable operational efficiency gains, ensuring teams execute consistently and KPIs are reliable.
What you will do
Own and evolve the Jira platform end-to-end: administration, configuration, migration, integration, automation, and reporting.
Set up and maintain Jira configuration standards (workflows, fields, schemes, automations).
Lead tenant migrations, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and system validation.
Connect Jira to Power BI and build, implement dashboards to deliver actionable KPIs.
Design, test, and maintain integrations with internal systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Power BI).
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding teams on Jira best practices and process design.
Conduct training and provide global support for Jira users.
Document configurations, standards, and processes for clarity and sustainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Head of Engineering, Engineering Managers, Team Leads, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and Coaches.
Who you are
You are a proactive Jira expert with 3–5+ years of experience in complex multi-team environments, skilled in Jira administration, configuration, migrations, reporting, and integrations.
You thrive on ownership and driving change, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just an administrator.
You are fluent in English (French is a plus), highly organized, independent, and collaborative.
Experience with Power BI dashboards, Atlassian certifications, or Jira standardization projects is highly valued.
You enjoy working in diverse, remote-friendly teams and are motivated by operational excellence and process improvement.
