Software Engineer in test

Drive quality engineering practices across modern cloud-based applications

As a Software Engineer in Test (SDET), you will contribute to the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions.

Working closely with software engineers, product teams, and cloud specialists, you will help design and implement testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality practices that support the delivery of scalable and reliable applications.

This role combines software engineering and quality expertise, with a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement, and modern development practices.

What you will do

Test Automation & Quality Engineering

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and backend services

  • Contribute to the definition of testing strategies and quality standards

  • Improve test coverage across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing layers

  • Ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle

Performance & Reliability

  • Support performance and load testing initiatives

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and quality issues early in the development process

  • Contribute to application reliability and observability practices

CI/CD & Engineering Excellence

  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

  • Improve tooling, test environments, and test data management practices

  • Collaborate with development teams to promote engineering best practices

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role

  • Strong experience with test automation and API testing

  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and distributed systems

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles and automation practices

  • Experience with Java or Python

  • Familiarity with performance testing tools is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English
