What will you do?
As Lead Generation & Marketing Automation Manager, you will report to our Group Marketing Manager and work closely with our sales teams. You will be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, building automation workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.

👉Your main tasks:

• Create and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Build and optimize automation workflows (segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing).
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Ensure smooth CRM integration and high-quality data management.
• Define and implement the lead generation strategy for the Dutch market.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, marketing automation, and CRM integration.
• Strong knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
