As our Business & Financial Analyst, you will be the right hand of the Head of Finance for the Netherlands and Norway. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support business growth, optimize performance, and ensure financial integrity across both markets.
You will join a multidisciplinary and international finance team where your work directly supports strategic decision-making and Sogelink’s expansion in Europe.
What you will do
Partner with the Head of Finance and the Managing Directors for the Netherlands and Norway to provide actionable financial insights.
Be the go-to finance partner for selected local departments, supporting ad-hoc requests and business cases.
Prepare key financial reports during month-end closing and ensure reconciliation with group consolidation tools (Planful, JMAN).
Play a key role in improving finance reports, tools, and processes to take the department to the next level.
Monitor professional services billing and utilization to maximize consultancy revenue, including contributing to new Power BI dashboards.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring structured templates, timelines, and high-quality submissions.
Perform deep-dive analyses to drive Revenue/ARR growth, cost optimization, and Rule of 40 performance.
Ensure accurate ARR tracking and forecasting via JMAN, Planful, and ERP systems.
Support the implementation of Planful P&L tools and become the go-to expert for your markets.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and support M&A activities when needed.
Gather, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams across the group.
Who you are
You have 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis.
You are comfortable working with ERP and financial planning systems and have strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with AFAS, Power BI, or building reports in AFAS is a strong plus (or you’re motivated to learn fast).You are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
You can translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for the business.
You are proactive, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
You are fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
