Join Sogelink Netherlands and play a key role in shaping the financial operations of both Dutch entities and the wider Sogelink group. You will take ownership of accounting processes, ensure accurate reporting, and actively contribute to process improvements that support strategic decision-making.

What you will do

• Lead monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate statutory audits.

• Submit VAT, Intrastat, and other regulatory reports on time and with precision.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and proactively address aged or unusual items.

• Analyze cash flows and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses that help optimize operations and guide strategy.

• Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, and best practices across the finance team.

• Support group-wide accounting initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues.

Who you are

• CPA / ACCA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in accounting or audit.

• Deep knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS.

• Autonomous, highly responsible, and able to take ownership of complex tasks.

• Experienced in general accounting: receivables/payables, debtor/creditor management, and treasury operations.

• Strong understanding of local tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving challenges.

• Potential to take on management responsibilities and mentor junior colleagues.

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
