You will ensure accurate invoicing, support revenue recognition, and collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams. What you will do

• Configure and maintain billing master data and invoice templates in AFAS.

• Execute recurring and project-based invoicing, handling credits, cancellations, renewals, and amendments.

• Reconcile invoices, collections, and AR ledger; support month-end close and revenue recognition.

• Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes and payment issues.

• Document billing processes, runbooks, and change logs; train stakeholders on procedures.

• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate and compliant billing operations.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or finance operations, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business.

• Hands-on experience with AFAS ERP (configuration and operational use) is mandatory.

• Knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606) and month-end close procedures.

• Able to handle both accounting and billing tasks with autonomy and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills, highly organized, and proactive.

• Fluent in Dutch and in english.
