As Marketing Manager Netherlands, you will take full ownership of marketing performance in a high-potential market.
You will build and scale a demand generation engine that drives pipeline and revenue, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role for a B2B SaaS marketer who enjoys combining strategy and execution, testing new approaches, and delivering measurable growth.
What you will do
Build demand & pipeline:
Design and execute full-funnel campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships
Generate qualified pipeline and continuously improve conversion rates
Drive revenue impact:
Own the full marketing funnel (MQL → SQL → pipeline)
Track performance, run experiments, and optimize results with a data-driven approach
Act as a business partner:
Align marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success priorities
Support the Managing Director Netherlands on strategic marketing initiatives
Lead and coordinate:
Coordinate local marketing resources and ensure strong collaboration with Group Marketing teams.
Strengthen market presence:
Increase brand awareness and thought leadership in the Dutch infrastructure ecosystem
Activate strategic partnerships and industry events
Who you are
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
Strong expertise in demand generation and growth marketing
Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
Data-driven, hands-on, and performance-oriented
Experienced with CRM, marketing automation, and multichannel campaigns
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
Fluent in Dutch and English
